Terms of Service

These terms apply to roofing services provided by MH Roofing Solutions, 5 Churchill Rd, Ashcombe, Weston-super-Mare, trading as mhroofingsolutions.co.uk.

Quotes and acceptance

All work is subject to a written or emailed quote. Work begins only once you accept the quote. Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Our work

We carry out emergency roof repairs, flat roof overlays, strip & relay, Velux window installation, bay window renewals, bird proofing, and gutter installation and repair. Workmanship is covered by the guarantee stated on your quote.

Access and safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to tell us about any known hazards. We may need to pause work in dangerous weather conditions; roofing work cannot safely proceed in high winds or ice.

Emergency call-outs

Emergency call-outs are attended as quickly as practicable. We will always advise you over the phone on immediate steps to limit damage before we arrive.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote. Emergency call-outs may require payment on completion. We do not ask for full payment in advance of starting work.

Liability

We are fully insured for the work we undertake. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
